Our Team

Laura began her career at Sisterson as a general associate in 2006 upon her graduation from Grove City College. Her career progressed within the audit department, where she advanced to the role of audit director and provided services to a diversified client portfolio. In 2021, she transitioned from client services to her current role, in which she oversees the daily administrative functions of the firm and manages its financial operations. 

While managing the firm’s budget and financial reporting, her leadership supports the firm’s fiscal health and enables Sisterson to maintain a strong infrastructure, including upgrades to technology and other resources, and allows the firm to adapt to evolving market demands and client needs. 

Laura’s human resource responsibilities include administration of compensation and benefits, creation of policies and procedures, and professional recruiting. She also oversees the administrative professional staff. 

Laura lives in the North Hills with her husband and two sons.
